App crashes

Just recently, after buying some bundles, the app would not even launch when opened. I had to uninstall/reinstall which led to the loss of all data within the app. Puzzles Id completed are now marked incomplete. Bundles Id purchased had to be redownloaded, and puzzles I had been working on in the bundles had their progress lost.

I dont see why this app cant link to either the website or Facebook to keep this issue from recurring. I dont mind reinstalling an app if there are issues, but Id like to know that my information and progress will still be there when I open it up. Especially if youre in the middle of a very difficult puzzle, to lose all your hard work is maddening due to an issue w the app, not user error!
